I take the following insurance for individual counseling sessions only. Insurance will not cover intensive sessions nor Reiki. 

Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), United Health Care (Optum), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts online only), Cigna and Aetna. 

Please check with your insurance plan to ensure your coverage includes mental health services. 

I take most major credit cards, debit and, FSA and HSA.

For those wishing to use your out of network benefits, I am able to share a superbill to submit to your insurance. 

I also take cash and use Venmo
